Step to one side Count Chockula – there’s a new brand of terrifying breakfast food on the way. No, no, not kale-infused cockroach milk (seriously, that’s a thing), I’m on about the latest horror merchandise from the crazy folks up at Funko. This month sees the release of Jason and Freddy FunkO’s, two horror-themed cereals based on the iconic villains from the A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th franchises, and they’re available exclusively at FYE.
These are not your normal cereals. Well, of course, they’re not: these are Freddy and Jason whole grain hoops. Naturally, they turn your milk BLOOD RED to make you appear thoroughly savage as milk drips down your chin at the breakfast table. Yes, it’s a nice touch introduced for these two specific kinds of cereal, out of Funko’s full cereal line-up that features a total of 40 characters from pop. culture.
Each Nightmare on Elm Street box includes a Freddy Pocket Pop figure, and each Friday the 13th box includes a Jason Pocket Pop figure.
With a limit of 2 per customer, you can grab your Freddy FunkOs and Jason FunkOs at FYE now for $12.99 a pack, while stocks last.
